dance
Every body has a story to tell, its individuality, its injuries, its strengths and weaknesses. Every artist is presenting themselves differently, carrying different performing norms and traditions. I want the costumes to support their own particularities, as a playing partner, dancing with and against them, as a parallel presence. What is following the body line, what's offering contrast? Which cut will underline a curve, or question a gesture? Every costume is the opportunity for a co-creation with the performer, where new elements or perspectives are revealed directly on stage.
